This is a perfect starting point to dive into the truth of the matter together in one or more individual sessions.

what you can expect
an exploration as fellow travellers
I am not a traditional couch therapist when we will work together. I am not just there nodding my head - I am a fellow traveller accompanying you. This means that we shine light on the uncomfortable places and that I meet you on a deeper level — beyond the story. I do so by listening to the energy and working with the body to drop out of the mind. I like to get to the essence straight away and don’t give juice to side stories or something external. So if you feel hungry for change and if you are willing to do the inner work that is necessary for that change, I would love support you in that journey.
